Drecksler & Associates, Inc. is a real estate appraisal company that provides residential and commercial real estate
appraisal services in the Atlanta, GA area for the past fifteen years. The principals of the firm have been active in
real estate for over twenty-five years. Here is a brief description of one of the principals.

Charles L. Drecksler holds both a certified general appraisal and real estate brokers license. He earned his Bachelor
of Business of Business Degree from the University of Miami (FL) in May 1978. He has instructed numerous courses
including real estate continuing education courses for the Cobb Association of Realtors® . Since earning his degree he
has completed over twenty-five courses in the real estate field. His experience, integrity and commitment to real estate
allows Mr. Drecksler to provide the best possible real estate appraisal services for you.
